Creating Proper Vacation Rules in Groupwise --
You may have seen some of the vacation auto-responses from some DCR staff. This document, from Novell's Support Forum provides the steps for creating an "Away on vacation" message that will have the least impact on the mail system (e.g. not auto-responding to messages sent to a group such as ALL).

Also, regarding rules; please see this explanation of why your Vacation Rule will now only be seen once by each person who sends you email while you are away.
